This will be Chad's first year with Tynecastle.  He looks forward to being part of Tynecastle coaching staff.  Chad brings 6 years of youth coaching experience to Tynecastle, 4 with Wenatchee Fire, 1 year with Cupertino, CA and Evergreen, Everett.
